STOCK EXCHANGE
game by
Capitol Novelty Co.
1936
Made as an add-on to Parker Brother's
MONOPOLY & FINANCE games and
Milton Bradley's EASY MONEY game.
Didn't take long before Parker Brothers found out and they promptly purchased the rights to the game and made it themselves, omitting mention of the Easy Money game (by rival Milton-Bradley) from the box.
This game is RARE!

STOCK EXCHANGE
game by
Capitol Novelty Co.
1936
Distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt
Made as an add-on to Parker Brother's
MONOPOLY & FINANCE games and
Milton Bradley's EASY MONEY game.
It seems Capitol Novelty Co. engaged Geo. Borgfeldt to distribute the game for a very short time. Borgfeldt and Parker Brothers also had a business relationship. Perhaps that connection was what instigated the Parker Brothers purchase of the Stock Exchange game from Capitol Novelty..??
This game is EXTREMELY RARE!

Parker Brothers 1st 1936 version
STOCK EXCHANGE GAME
Includes MONOPOLY and FINANCE games
(only games by Parker Brothers)
It looks like this version was made using the same size and mostly the same design as the Capitol Novelty version. The box, free parking square add-on, and stock certificates are the same size. Also, the same 2 each of the extra Chance and Community Chest cards and the trains are facing opposite directions. A hybrid of Capitol Novelty and Parker Brothers..??
VERY RARE!

The 2nd version has a resized game box, shorter and wider. The stock certificates were also resized, shorter and wider. Now there are 3 each extra Chance and Community Chest add-on cards instead of 2.
This version is the most frequently seen, though it is scarce.
About 4-6 times a year one shows up on eBay.
